AZA is the oldest project in my portfolio, and there's a reason why I still keep it here. Designed after a series of extensive brand positioning and messaging sessions in 2019, AZA's identity was one of Wunderdogs' first major fintech jobs, where I played a key design role. I still consider this project to be executed in a very smart way. (Please see the video at the bottom of this page, as it shows the inspiration process behind AZA's visual identity.) AZA also received two global awards in 2020: the Core77 Visual Communication Winner and the C2A Winner in Corporate Identity. It was honorably reviewed and commented on by Pentagram partners.
During the early days at Wunderdogs in 2019, our team was very small, and I was essentially the sole designer working on the AZA project from scratch. I developed all the assets and prepared the materials for the awards. I would also like to acknowledge Thalita Teglas' contribution to creating the video explainer for the awards submission. Her expertise in motion design significantly enhanced the process.
