I remember the way I first learned about Entact Bio's technology. I hopped on a call with their team to ask a few questions to complete the visual identity brief in order to start on the brand audit. There I was, taking a handful of notes and rewatching the call recording over and over to make sense of the ENTACs ("molecular matchmakers, bringing together target proteins with enzymes called DUBs"). That's why I love bioscience and biotech projects so much: I start with a notebook full of scientific terms to google, and I finish with an easy-to-use visual system that communicates a technology in a way that would be clear to a person without a science degree (read: investor). Long story short, the identity and the website turned out to be a successful bridge from the amazing brains of Entact Bio's team to their investors.
My role on the project included art direction, identity design, and UI design, as well as deep involvement in project management and overseeing the website development process.
